1. Nature of Service

Directory.sexspit.com ("the Site") is an aggregator and search engine for adult entertainment companion listings. The Site collects, indexes, and displays publicly available information from various sources. The Site is not a content host, does not create listings, and does not verify the accuracy of aggregated content.

The Site operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), which provides immunity from liability for content provided by third parties.

2. FOSTA-SESTA Compliance

The Site complies with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 (FOSTA-SESTA). The Site does not knowingly facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking. The Site does not:

• Process payments for services
• Arrange meetings between users
• Verify or endorse any specific service
• Publish explicit sexual service descriptions
• Knowingly benefit from sex trafficking

The Site is a directory for adult entertainment companionship — social companionship, dinner dates, event companionship, and similar non-sexual services. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Requirements

The Site is intended for users 18 years of age or older. All individuals listed are represented as being 18 years of age or older. The Site complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements for aggregated content.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Site to facilitate prostitution or any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual listed
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content for commercial purposes
• Post false information or impersonate others
• Use the Site in violation of applicable local, state, or federal laws

5. Claimed Profiles

Providers who claim their profiles assume responsibility for the accuracy of their listing content. Claimed profiles are governed by a separate agreement and require acceptance of these Terms. The Site reserves the right to revoke claimed status for violations.

6. Content Removal

Any individual may request removal of their listing at any time. See our Content Removal page. Removal requests are processed within 72 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is not liable for: (a) the accuracy of aggregated content, (b) actions taken based on listings, (c) interactions between users, (d) any damages arising from use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where the Site operator is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

The Site may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
